It's a relaxed, no-pressure 30-minute conversation. We'll talk about where you are right now, what you're struggling with, and what you'd like your life to look like on the other side. From there, I'll share which package might be the best fit -- or if coaching with me is the right next step at all. There's zero obligation.
Group Coaching and 1-on-1 Coaching are month-to-month subscriptions with no long-term contracts. Most clients see meaningful progress within 3-4 months, but you're free to continue as long as feels right. The Deep-Dive Intensive is a single session with 2 weeks of follow-up -- no ongoing commitment required.
Absolutely. Many clients start with 1-on-1 coaching for the personalized attention and later move to Group Coaching for ongoing community support. You can switch at the start of any billing cycle. Just let me know, and we'll make the transition seamless.
You can cancel your subscription at any time -- no penalties, no guilt. I'll never make you feel bad for prioritizing what's right for you. Simply let me know before your next billing date, and your access will continue through the end of your current paid period.
No. ReclaimHer is a coaching program, not therapy or clinical treatment. Coaching focuses on forward movement -- setting goals, building skills, and creating the life you want. If you're experiencing clinical depression, PTSD, or are in crisis, I'll always recommend working with a licensed therapist alongside (or instead of) coaching. Many of my clients do both, and they complement each other beautifully.
